IronmongeryDirect has created a new operational board consisting of the five existing main board directors as well as three new members.
The three new additions are head of product management Paul White, head of customer fulfilment Alan Josiah and head of marketing Stuart Wilson.
Combined, they have worked at the company for more than 20 years. Longest serving is Mr White, who is aiming to grow the product range from 11,500 lines to 18,000 within five years.
Mr Josiah, who has a strong background in logistics with Tesco and Ocado, joined IronmongeryDirect as customer fulfilment manager, and has developed both the product and order processing routines.
Mr Wilson joined the company as an e-commerce executive and has helped grow the online channel from £700k to more than £4m in 2010.
Managing director Wayne Lysaght-Mason said: "With plans on track for turnover of £50m in just four years' time the combined qualities of this new team will help drive our business by enhancing product, communication and service offerings."
The three will join existing board members Mr Lysaght-Mason, executive directors Chris Bass and Paul Hunt and non-executive directors David Porter and John Allan.
