Paul Taylor joins Merlyn as regional sales manager for the North West area.
Mr Taylor comes to Merlyn from Utopia and has previously worked for Jacuzzi, Manhattan and Showerlux.
His 30 years' experience gives him a unique knowledge of the industry from grass roots level and has included roles in retail, distribution and manufacturing.
Sales director Eric Woods said: "We are delighted to welcome Paul to Merlyn. We know his experience and industry knowledge will deliver a huge contribution to the Merlyn sales team. 2010 is set to be an exciting time for Merlyn with new product launches and expansion plans."
