Arts and crafts superstore chain HobbyCraft has appointed Rob Farnworth as retail operations director.
Mr Farnsworth brings a wealth of retail experience to the role, having most recently been head of retail operations at Screwfix where he was responsible for its retail trade counter division.

Working closely with the teams at each of HobbyCraft's 38 stores, he will be responsible for ensuring the company leverages its operational performance to optimise sales and further enhance its financial performance.

He said: "I'm excited by the opportunities presented at HobbyCraft and am looking forward to getting my teeth into the new role."
