Tile Depot has promoted David Fitzgerald to operations director. Mr Fitzgerald, who joined the company more than three years ago, will take responsibility for all store operations including design/merchandising and management of all personnel.
The business has also made two further head office appointments. Rhonda Partridge has joined to take responsibility for HR, while Leslie Dupree joins as compliance controller, with responsibility for developing reports, processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency.

The company recently announced plans to double its operations to 30 stores by the end of 2012.
