PAINT NEWS: Victory Colours launch new Harmony Collection
Published: 6 January 2022 - Neil Mead
Eco paint specialists Victory Colours have launched a brand new colour collection, in collaboration with artisan wallpaper design house Addicted to Patterns.
Named The Harmony Collection, the 14-strong paint range beautifully complements Addicted to Patterns’ own Harmony collection – a series of wallpapers inspired by the art of Ikebana – Japanese flower arrangements. Muted tones of pink, purple and blue dominate the palette with pops of yellow and green adding vibrant finishing touches.
Victoria Yardley, Managing Director of Victory Colours, said: “Justyna from Addicted to Patterns is as passionate about the environment as we are and has used our water-based paints in her designs.
“When she told us about her Harmony collection, we wanted to create bespoke shades that she could not only use in her wallpaper designs, but would complement the finished products.
“This result is a striking collection of 14 soothing shades that all err on the muted side of the colour spectrum and embody the true meaning of harmony.”
The collection is available now and like all other paints in the Victory Colours range, is a water-based, technically excellent paint with almost zero VOCs. They are available in 2.5-litre and 5-litre tins of emulsion, soft sheen and eggshell. Prices start at £41.95 for a 2.5-litre tin of emulsion.
All are available from victorycolours.co.uk
