Organiser and PetQuip association manager Pat Flynn said: "Many of the British firms shortlisted in 2013 and 2014 have reported on the value of the awards as an aid to boosting their businesses. The awards have helped in cementing company credibility in the marketplace and led to numerous promotional opportunities.

"The popularity of the awards resulted in the organisers of PATS welcoming the awards as part of its plans at the new Telford venue and they intend inviting many of their retailer visitors to the event."

The entry categories for the 2015 awards are:

1 Supplier of the Year
2 Wholesaler /Distributor of the Year
3 Pet Product Innovation of the Year
4 Exporter of the Year
5 Marketing Campaign of the Year
6 UK Pet Retailer of the Year
7 International Pet Retailer of the Year
