The Valspar Corporation has appointed Dale Poulton as head of European sales for Plasti-kote.
Formerly a sales director at Henkel, Mr Poulton has been appointed to help Valspar implement global Plasti-kote brand changes planned for 2011.

He brings extensive DIY sales expertise and will be responsible for maintaining the brand's core values whilst developing Plasti-kote's position within the UK and Europe.

Valspar's global aerosol managing director Mike Watson said: "The Plasti-kote brand has maintained its market-leading position over the last fifteen years because of a quality product offering, strong customer focus, high service levels and brand innovation.
