Management has confirmed that Chichester-based Power Tool Factors is to close.
The firm, which has been trading for 45 years has been affected by the current trading conditions and the managing director has reached retirement age.

Speaking to DIY Week, md Mr Olby said: " We've been here for 45 years servicing the retail trade, but I've got to retire I'm afraid."

Attempts to sell the business have not been successful and the business will cease trading at the end of this month.
