Deadline for entry into the Product of the Year Awards 2010 has been extended to March 19. However, this will be the absolute cut off as the independent panel of retail judges will meet the following week.
Product of the Year Awards - deadline extended
If you're a supplier with a product that was launched any time between Jan 2009 and February 2010 make sure you enter it for these prestigious awards.

Now in their 23rd year, the Product of the Year Awards (formerly the Industry Awards), recognise excellence in product development, innovation and design across the spectrum of home improvement, including DIY, hardware, garden and housewares. Award categories include security, decorating, hand tool, power tool, chems & ferts, garden tools, garden sundries, hardware and more.

DIY Week publisher Colin Petty said "I'm delighted with the response we've seen and the number of products that have already been entered. In what we can all acknowledge has been a tough year, it's gratifying to see that so much R&D has been going on and so many genuinely innovative products have been launched."

The winners will be announced at a Gala lunch and ceremony at London's Park Lane Hotel on May 14.

However, you've got to be in it to win it so make sure you enter your products before the absolute deadline of March 19. To enter simply visit www.productoftheyear.biz for an entry form or to enter online.
