New executive director appointed.
Arnold Laver Timber World has promoted Stan Barrow to executive director.

Mr Barrow, previously the company's UK construction industry sales manager, becomes responsible for developing and maintaining stronger links with larger construction companies and developers.

The 51-year-old will continue to be involved in Arnold Laver's contribution to the £6 billion 2012 Olympic Games construction programme.

Andrew Laver, managing director at Arnold Laver, said: "We are delighted that Stan will be moving to the position of executive director and wish him well in his new role.

"He has already brought the company a wealth of experience and we are confident he will continue to be a valuable acquisition to our ever-growing and successful team."

Mr Barrow said: "This is a very exciting time to be at Arnold Laver and I hope that my experience and knowledge of the timber industry will continue to prove invaluable to the company in the coming years."
