Maryanne Stokes now sales and marketing manager.
Vital Earth, the manufacturer of the Vital Earth and Genie brands of peat-free growing media and plant feeds has promoted Maryanne Stokes to sales and marketing manager.

Ms Stokes, formerly area sales manager for the south, joined Vital Earth in December 2006 following more than fifteen years in the garden industry, including buying and operational roles at both Wyevale and Haskins Garden Centres.

Commenting on the promotion, she said, "Being sales and marketing manager of an expanding exciting range, with proven performance and such a topical agenda has got to be the perfect job."

Vital Earth's products are all sourced within the UK, 100% recycled, and made entirely from composted green materials, forestry by-products and food-grade nutrients from the food industry.
