QVC UK scoops four customer service awards

UK home-shopping channel, QVC, took home four awards at the 2015 Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Awards
QVC's customer service excellence has been recognised for the third year in a row at the 2015 Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Awards. QVC was named Best Medium Centre, Best in Retail, 2nd for Multi Channel Service and Collette Brazier-Smith was named Agent of the Year.
Conducted by GfK, the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service is the UK's biggest annual 'mystery shopping' benchmarking programme, in which real customers rate performance against defined criteria. It is the only programme that provides an overall performance rating across all channels including email, web, live chat and social media.
Commenting on the awards, QVC UK director of customer services James Keegan said: "To be among the Top 50 with so many well-known brands is always an honour. Our success is a result of the real team effort of everyone in the Contact Centre and throughout QVC to build strong sustainable, meaningful relationships with our customers."
