Ransons Family Garden Centre opened its doors on Monday, July 5.
The 19,000sq ft store is located at Hatton Country World in Warwickshire and is owned by Julian and Judi Ranson.

Mr Ranson (pictured) said: "Hatton Country World is an excellent location for a family garden centre. We are really pleased with our initial trading figures. We got off to a cracking start and they have risen daily. Turnover is surpassing all expectations."

In addition to a full range of plants and gardening products, Ransons also has a fashion offer, called The Outlet, which includes brands such as Lands End and offers up to 70% off high street prices.

Other lines include gifts, books and festive products. A furniture offer is coming soon, and a pet centre is also planned.
