The 3rd European Home Improvement Forum will take place on June 5-6, 2014 in Madrid, Spain.

The main topic of the study will be, "Changing buying behaviour in a more and more complex shopping world - decoding the new shopper path-of-purchase in the DIY channel", helping to provide retailers with a more detailed understanding of the shoppers' future behaviour , both online and offline.
The study will consist of a two-step-approach - starting with a qualitative part and validating the results with an online research in six target countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom.
The research will take part in the first quarter of 2014 and will be concluded end of May 2014 in order to be presented at the European Home Improvement Forum.
