The new Garden Kitchen restaurant opened this month at the Brighton Garden Centre and aims to bring the green of the garden onto the plate.
Visitors to the centre in East Sussex can now enjoy a lighter summer menu with ingredients fresh from the garden.
Customers can now pick up hand-made sandwiches and fresh boxed salads.
Food and beverage director for The Garden Centre Group, which manages the centre, Jason Dancinger, said: "This light refurbishment is part of a 360-degree design refresh which aims to bring the joy of the garden to the plate and improve the experience in the restaurant, one of many initiatives we are taking to improve our vibrant hospitality offering.
"Our customers and our team alike enjoy the improved atmosphere of the restaurant and the resulting footfall into our restaurant has been excellent."
The layout of the new Garden Kitchen has been designed to increase the efficiency of the space for the customer.
