Comic, commentator and regular TV show panellist Rufus Hound will act as both compere and entertainer at the Product of the Year Awards 2010. The awards, which celebrate the best of product innovation and design from the past 12 months, take place at the Park Lane Hotel, London on May 14.
Rufus has appeared on Argumental, Think Tank and the BBC's Glastonbury and Reading festival coverage.
A regular comedy correspondent for BBC London, he was a finalist in Channel 4's So You Think You're Funny Competition and recently appeared on the BBC's Let's Dance For Sport Relief with his rendition of Cheryl Cole's Fight For This Love routine (see video above).
Rufus has also worked for the Science Museum writing, producing and performing technology shows to a wide and varied audience. He presented the final Top of The Pops and is a regular on panel shows for Dave and BBC3.
He got married in Las Vegas and says he likes rum, kites, tattoos and making his kids laugh.
