Drillfix, a new Sheffield-based online store for drilling and power tools, claims to offer the UK's most extensive product range.
Drillfix is working with Bosch to establish its product base and develop innovations in drilling and masonry enabling Drillfix to provide the latest products and technology. The business is owned by the same team as Castle Brooke, which distributes engineers cutting tools and drilling accessories, and Standall, which manufactures heavy-duty drilling and breaking tools, and it trades from Castle Brooke's Sheffield address. Other brands in the stable include Niloc, Cintride, Paramo and Chipbreaker.
The new online catalogue, available at drillfix.co.uk, features more than 2,200 products including HSS, cobalt and diamond cutting tools, SDS Plus, SDS Max and masonry bits - including what is claimed to be the most extensive range of Bosch power tool accessories online. The site is open to consumers and tradesmen, and offers a next day delivery service.
"We have researched the best e-retailing experiences and worked hard to gather one of the most extensive collections of power tool and drilling accessories in the UK," said md Richard Atkinson. "Our aim is to provide the most efficient and competitive service possible on a wide range of stock, making it convenient for both trade customers and one-off home DIY users."
