Sika has appointed Lauren Hemmings as area sales manager covering the south east and south east London, and Simon Flecknell as area sales manager for central England.
Bringing 12 years' sales experience and expertise to the role, Ms Hemmings has worked with builders' merchants for the past three years, selling directly into branches to help introduce new product lines.

She said: "My new role with Sika fits in well with my previous experience and will enable me to get the Sika message and product distributed effectively amongst merchants, due to the focused nature of the role. As such, I'm looking forward to seeing how I can help increase awareness and generate greater levels of sales for Sika going forward."

Similarly, Mr Flecknell brings specialist expertise from his previous role with Sika in the technical and demonstration department. He commented: "Having worked with Sika for seven years already, I'm familiar with the product range and Sika's attention to technical detail. My new role will allow me to build on this knowledge and get the products seen by a whole new customer base."
