Smart Solar, the solar product specialist, has a new range of decorative lanterns that make an ideal centrepiece for outdoor tables.
The lanterns are powered by an integral solar panel with energy saving white LED's that automatically illuminate during darkness. Each lantern incorporates a solar powered rechargeable NiMh battery that is charged by day and provides up to 8 hours of light at night.

The Glass Lantern is a mosaic glass bowl, available in amber or clear glass, whilst the Frosted Scroll Lantern is a more traditional lantern shape, with an attractive frosted design on the glass and an antique brown finish to the frame. Smart Solar's Sphere Lanterns are made from natural terracotta or coloured ceramic and have star or circle cut outs as decoration. The light from all the lanterns creates a pleasing effect on any surface, without the need for candles or the problems associated with using candles on windy nights.
