Staff at Somerset hardware store HT Perry & Son are celebrating after they emerged triumphant in this year's Home Hardware Christmas window dressing competition.
Fern Davis from the Wellington shop took the first prize of £100 in vouchers, while the second prize of £50-worth of vouchers went to David Wagg from Austen's Home Hardware in Petworth, West Sussex.
Ms Davis said: "We're thrilled to have won the competition and would like to thank our staff for their hard work."
In deciding a winner, the judges took into account window content, products featured, layout, use of props, use of POS material, lighting and overall maintenance of displays.
All Home Hardware retailers were invited to participate in the competition, which was judged by an independent panel.
Beverley Wood, Home Hardware marketing manager, said: "The competition encourages retailers to make a special effort for the festive period. This helps add to the special ambience in the run-up to Christmas and makes members' stores more attractive and welcoming.
"Over the last few weeks we've seen retailers raising the bar and working hard to make their window displays highly attractive to the consumer."
