Ten members of staff from Coley Garden Centre in West Yorkshire have signed up to take part in a zip wire event for charity.
The employees will ride across a 650ft zip wire at Baitings Dam on April 17 in aid of The Anthony Nolan Trust.
Coley Garden Centre manager Tracy Robinson said: "The staff taking part in the zip wire event are all customer service assistants at the garden centre. They wanted to raise money for The Anthony Nolan Trust because it's such a good cause and one they wanted to support. They're hoping to raise as much money as possible for the Trust."
The charity helps connect people whose immune systems need a boost with people who are prepared to share a little of theirs. A transplant provides the patient's body with healthy cells capable of regenerating the immune system.
The Trust's deputy head of regional fundraising Mhairi Pearson said: "We are delighted members of staff at Coley Garden Centre are taking part in the zip wire event to raise money for the charity. Those taking part will have the chance to experience 25 seconds of pure adrenaline as well as helping save lives through fundraising.
"Baitings Dam is very impressive and you simply cannot appreciate how big it is until you are standing on it. No previous zip wire experience is needed and our team of highly skilled instructors will ensure everyone taking part is equipped with all they need to make their ride safe and enjoyable."
