Take a seat with Wirquin

Published: 23 June 2010
For the ecologically-minded consumer, Wirquin has launched the Copenhagen toilet seat, which is made from 30 recycled PET drinks bottles.
Take a seat with Wirquin
The Copenhagen reduces plastic waste by taking recycled PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and making a sturdy yet 'funky' toilet seat, says the company.

Doing the planet a favour doesn't restrict the function and durability of the product, as the Copenhagen toilet seat has been tested to 20,000 open/close cycles.

The product weighs just 1.5kg and offers a two-year guarantee.
