The Awards are your chance to demonstrate to your colleagues, customers and competitors that your business is among the best in the sector. Since 2010, The Awards have been at the forefront of best practice, innovation and excellence. Working in partnership with Spring Fair this year, the event is set to be exceptional night and not to be missed.
Director of Broad Street DIY, Brian Warren, winner of 2016 Retail Communicator Award, commented on what the award meant to him and his business: "The whole team felt a tremendous sense of pride when we won such a prestigious award. We work extremely hard to communicate effectively with our customers and winning the Retail Communicator category provided formal recognition of our efforts. Being able to include the award logo on our promotional material has helped improve the professional credibility of our business. Preparing the entry was a really useful process because it involved a comprehensive review of what we had been doing to develop the business and this has helped us to more strategically plan for the future."
