Spread over nine exhibition halls and covering five areas specific to gardening, the spoga+gafa 2014 will take place between August 31 and September 2 in Cologne, Germany.
New to 2014 is the Landgard Autumn Ordering Days. Trade visitors can expect to see an extensive range of nursery articles, pot plants and seasonal products presented by more than 100 gardening enterprises and service providers.
The five areas of gardening covered at the show will be garden living, garden care, garden creation, garden unique and garden basic.
"We're expecting exhibitors from over 50 countries at the spoga+gafa 2014. And a glance at the current registration status reveals that we're very likely to fulfil these expectations.
"A foreign exhibitor contingent of over 80%, a range of exhibits unique in scope and depth, more 'living green' and an interesting supporting programme will enhance the attractiveness of the garden fair even more, especially in regard to addressing the different target groups," said Katharine C. Hamma, md of Koelnmesse GmbH.
Other highlights at the trade fair will include The Plant Park, an area dedicated to industry-specific lectures and discussions and Grill Park 2014, an area where innovations from the barbecue and grill sector will be displayed.
