Phoenix Security Products, has announced it is to sponsor Britain’s Best Security Retailer for the third consecutive year.
Britain's Best Security Retailer Award is awarded to a retailer that demonstrates a wealth of retailing strengths including an ongoing level of outstanding service, with high levels of customer satisfaction, and highly focussed merchandising.

"Security is a very important category for most sectors of the retail marketplace, and Sterling believes that it is important to celebrate all the hard work that retailers do to help keep people safe, and it is even more important to reward excellence," explained Rex Atkins, marketing director of Sterling.

Sterling's continuing support illustrates the degree of importance it attaches to raising the awareness of security products as a category among retailers.

It also highlights the many issues surrounding security – whether that means providing a good depth of range, POS, offering additional services such as key-cutting, or working with the local community and crime prevention officers.

Founded in 2003, Britain's Best Retailer Awards was formed when DIY Week, Hardware & Garden Review and Housewares Magazine joined forces to create a bright new event celebrating the best of Britain's hardware, housewares and diy retailers.
