Tile Depot opens new store

Published: 3 June 2010
Independent tile and stone retailer announces the opening of an outlet in Crawley - the 15th store in the Tile Depot portfolio and the first of 16 planned by 2012.
Tile Depot opens new store
Tile Depot currently operates 14 stores in London and the South East. Its latest addition, located on Denvale Retail Park in Crawley, will open next week.

The new 4,100sqft store is Tile Depot's 15th and the first since revealing plans just three months ago to more than double its number of stores by the end of 2012. The Crawley outlet will be modelled on Tile Depot's flagship in Slough, which was profiled in DIY Week earlier this year.

To celebrate the opening, the new branch will be running special opening offers throughout June and into July, and trades people in the area will receive a special promotional mailer introducing them to the store and the exclusive benefits and discounts available for trade customers.

Tile Depot managing director Danny Steptoe said: "These are exciting and important times for Tile Depot. It is due to the success of the existing stores that we are able to commence our expansion plans with the opening of Crawley."
