A valued employee of TIMco, supplier of screws, fixings and power tool accessories, has recently celebrated twenty years of continuous service.
Quality control manager Cris Tonks reached this momentous milestone earlier this month.
Mr Tonks began his employment as the 'office junior', from here he quickly climbed the ranks successfully undertaking the roles of: trainee sales representative, regional sales manager and key accounts manager.
Mr Tonks now leads the quality control team to bring further improvements to the company's quality controls and to make excellence a habit across the business. He also manages the company's involvement with the British Standards Institution and the continued certification of products.
TIMco managing director Simon Midwood said: "Our staff are at the centre of everything we do. As a family run firm we pride ourselves on having a personal touch and an appreciation for what each and every team member brings.
"We are proud that so many employees choose to stay with the business for such lengthy periods of time as it also helps us retain the experience and excellent client relationships they have."
