London's Bayswater has been chosen as the fourth site for one of Topps Tiles' new high street Boutique stores.
Phil Spencer, the co-host of television's Location, Location, Location, officially opened the branch on Friday.
The latest launch is aimed at further boosting Topps' nationwide store portfolio and increasing market share. The UK's largest tile specialist now has over 330 stores and more openings in the pipeline.
Topps ceo Matt Williams said: "With 330-plus stores across the UK, we're renowned for our large edge-of-town formats, but this new format store aims to bring the best of the Topps Tiles product range to the high street, making the brand even more accessible to home improvement enthusiasts."
Commercial director Brian Linnington added: "Customers can access specialist design advice from expertly-trained in-store teams. The consultation desk includes a digital visualiser to view different tiles in real room sets, or space to simply assemble tile samples to assess the overall look."
He said industrial steel and distressed wood features had been incorporated into the overall store and product display design to further enhance the sense of inspiration.
Customers can also purchase individual samples from the product displays and make use of home delivery and multichannel shopping convenience.
