TP director to speak at BHETA forum

Travis Perkins group commercial director Ian Preedy will speak at the next British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA) member forum on January 15
>Mr Preedy will share with BHETA members all the latest plans and developments for the group, which includes Travis Perkins, Wickes and Tool Station, during the session, which will reflect the cross over between DIY and traditional builders merchant business.

The forum agenda will also include presentations from GfK on the DIY, garden and builders merchants sector and Builders Merchants Journal editor Fiona Russell-Horne, as well as a case study from BHETA member Tembe DIY, which has developed and grown its business successfully in both the DIY and Merchant sectors.

The event will be held in the Warwickshire Suite at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground with a start time of 9.30am for registration and coffee.

BHETA home improvement sector director Peter Stone said: "This will be a big occasion for members with a very stimulating agenda covering the whole spectrum of light and heavy side DIY, merchanting and garden. Anyone not already booked in should contact myself or member services as soon as possible."
