New TV series The Business Inspector is aiming to help people turn their businesses around.
The Channel Five series, sponsored by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), focuses on real-life, small businesses and the consequences and benefits of the way they are run.
It will also examine the implications to HMRC of small businesses that fail to take reasonable care when keeping records and filling in their tax forms. The cost to the Exchequer is around £6 billion a year and businesses can also be penalised.
The Business Inspector will help business owners improve on any mistakes they are likely to make.
It will be presented by Hilary Devey (who was also featured on Channel Four's Secret Millionaire) and starts on 17 March at 8pm.
