Two new additions at Hillhout

Published: 9 December 2008
The Outdoor Life Group (UK) subsidiary has hired two new recruits to strengthen its team during an ‘immense stage of growth’.
Two new additions at Hillhout
Tony Slaymaker joins Hillhout as business development manager. Mr Slaymaker has a background in sales management and 25 years experience in the garden trade industry, with previous positions at companies such as Forest Fencing and Rowlinsons.

Chris Keightly, previously of Hillhout, rejoins the company as an area sales manager for the East Midlands and South East. He has more than seven years experience in the garden industry, working in centre management for Blooms and in sales with a number of garden timber firms.

Mr Slaymaker said: "I am delighted to be joining Hillhout at what looks to be a crucial stage of its growth. It is an exciting time for the brand and there is a lot of potential to take things further and expand distribution to our traditional markets."

Of the two new appointments, director of sales for The Outdoor Life Group said: "The addition of Tony and Chris will strengthen our team in what has been and continues to be an immense stage of growth for the company."
