Rayware announces acquisition of intellectual property and stock for Typhoon Housewares UK Ltd.
Typhoon called in the administrators on Tuesday but MCR confirmed that it was already in discussions with an interested party and hoped to complete a sale in the coming days.

Rayware commented on the sale: "We believe this venture offers our business significant growth for the future and we believe this step will prove positive in what remains a competitive and challenging market."
