Ultimate signs as Rainy Day Trust Partner

Published: 31 May 2011
Ultimate Products has become the first housewares supplier to sign up for the Rainy Day Trust's new Partner package.
The package, launched earlier this year, enables companies to demonstrate an enhanced level of support for the charity, which helps people who have spent a significant part of their working lives in the hardware and housewares industry.

In return for an annual subscription of £1,000, Partners qualify for a package of publicity and branding benefits which highlight their support for the Trust.

RDT board member Paul Woolley, of the Cookshop & Housewares Association, said: "We are delighted to welcome Ultimate Products as the first housewares supplier to become a Rainy Day Trust Partner. Their support will enable us to continue to make a difference to people's lives - and we hope they will be first of many Partners from the housewares industry."

Ultimate Products is a major supplier of housewares, kitchenware, lighting, luggage and small domestic appliances, among other categories. The company has a 20,000sq ft showroom at its Manchester head office, and a further 10,000sq ft showroom in its sourcing office in Hong Kong.
