Focus has been granted consent from its bondholders to waive interest payments on notes due in June until the beginning of July.
The company announced confirmation in a statement.

It said: "The company is pleased to confirm that it has successfully obtained the consent of the requisite majority of the holders of the notes and that the waiver has now become effective."

It added that negotiations relating to the proposed sale of the Focus Group are ongoing.
