A University of Brighton design and craft graduate, Ms Moisley will head up product design for the VegTrug brand and will also work with CEO Joe Denham to put in place a product development investment plan which will spearhead parent Takasho Group's global design plans.

Mr Denham commented: "We're planning the launch of an Innovation and Design Centre of Excellence, which will be the focus of the group world-wide design strategy. Hayley has been brought in to contribute a young and fresh approach, and VegTrug is very excited to see her product ideas coming to fruition over the coming months and years."

Ms Moisley described her new role as "my dream job. To secure this position with such a fantastic job title as design guru is brilliant and I'm relishing the opportunity to put my design skills to work as part of a worldwide commercial plan."

VegTrug recently opened a wholly-owned subsidiary in the USA, following a year of record sales in the UK.
