Walker Greenbank posts turnover increase

A year of excellent progress with continued strong organic growth, says chairman
Wallpaper manufacturer, Walker Greenbank reported turnover from continuing operations up more than 10% to £53.33 million (2006: £46.36 million)

Operating profit was up nearly three-fold to £2.20 million (2006: £0.76 million)

Ian Kirkham, chairman, said he is 'very pleased' to
report another year of 'excellent' progress leaving it well placed to 'exploit the move away from minimalism towards
colour and design'.

He added that all of its brands - Harlequin, Sanderson, Morris & Co and Zoffany - have made significant progress during the year.
