We’re all fired up!

The charcoal vs gas debate is over as LANDMANN launches the Triton MaxX 4.1 burner 2-in-1 BBQ.
Warmer weather is finally on the horizon, bringing with it the promise of alfresco dining and time well-spent with friends and family around the BBQ. But does it matter if you’re barbecuing across hot charcoals or if you’ve fired up with gas?
There’s plenty to love about traditional charcoal, the original barbecuing experience that gives that deliciously deep, smoky flavour. However, there are huge advantages to gas too – it’s easy, convenient, and perfect for more controlled cooking.
Well, it turns out that you don’t have to choose, as LANDMANN has launched the Triton MaxX 4.1 burner 2-in-1 BBQ - a barbecue that allows you to cook with gas and charcoal at the same time.
Different from many other hybrids that just let you switch between the two, this powerhouse of a barbecue actually allows you to use gas and charcoal in tandem - so you can cook something quickly on gas and then finish it off on charcoal for that traditional, smoky flavour.
It’s packed with all the features you’d expect from LANDMANN, such as the 65 x 44cm Modulus Cooking System cast-iron grill, which helps food stick less, cook faster and distributes heat more evenly. You can also buy a range of Modulus cooking accessories for the cooking system.
The grill rack also folds, which makes filling the stainless steel charcoal pan a breeze.
The new 2-in-1 BBQ, which is perfect for groups of six or more, also features four 3kW burners with automatic ignition, plus a 3.5kW infra-red side burner - ideal for searing steak to perfection.
Plus, it comes with a double walled lid and thermometer which helps to retain heat and an enamel coated steel warming rack, perfect for keeping food warm and letting meat rest.
So, as the warmer weather arrives, fire things up, in whichever way you fancy.
