Ladder manufacturer Werner Company has acquired wheelbarrow supplier CDH, including the Centaure, Duarib and Haemmerlin brands.
CDH ceo Cristophe Vinsonneau said: "This deal results in CDH becoming a part of WernerCo, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of access and construction site products. CDH's product portfolio and customer base provides a strong platform for future growth in the EMEA markets."

WernerCo chairman William Allen added: "Centaure, Duarib and Haemmerlin brands are widely recognized in Europe, North Africa, Middle East and Russia. CDH's access product range and Haemmerlin's leading position in wheelbarrows fits well with WernerCo's strategic development in these markets.
