Wyevale strikes deal with Countrywide Farmers
Wyevale has brought in stand-alone Countrywide Farmers concessions into two of its garden centres – and plans to open more in 2008.

Countrywide Farmers is a leading farming, equestrian and rural supplies business with over 40 retail stores.

Countrywide will have dedicated store areas in Wyevale's Thatcham and Bridgemere garden centres from which it will retail a selection of its pet, equestrian and smallholder products.

The concession at Thatcham will open on Thursday December 6.

"The synergy between Wyevale and Countrywide is a strong one," said John Hardman, Countrywide's managing director.

"Our Countrywide customer demographic appeals to Wyevale and vice versa, and the partnership potentially delivers an expanded customer base to both retailers."
