Security specialist Yale has appointed Tom Eling as national sales merchandiser and Gavin Kirk as territory manager for the north east of England and Scotland.
Graduate Tom Eling will be travelling the country in a bespoke Yale van, offering customers guidance and advice on security products. He takes over from Tim Jackson, who has been promoted to the role of national account executive.
Attending a variety of events, store openings and training days, Mr Eling will run live demonstrations featuring Yale's latest products, as well as those that have proven popular for merchants and retailers.
Gavin Kirk will be working closely with architectural ironmongers, locksmiths and merchant customers. He previously worked for Era and has a wealth of expertise, with 16 years' experience in the security products sector.
Yale managing director Nigel Fisher said: "The Yale team has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months, with a number of people recruited internally and externally.
"From graduates starting out in their first roles to more experienced recruits, we are committed to investing in people, providing career progression opportunities while at the same time enabling us to increase the support we offer our customers."
