Axminster Tools makes awards shortlist

Published: 20 October 2016 - Jenny Wonnacott

Devon-based retailer and supplier Axminster Tools & Machinery has made the 'On the Tools' shortlist for Power Tool Supplier of the Year - but needs votes to become the winner.

On the Tools describes itself as the largest online construction community in the UK, with construction workers throughout the country nominating their favourite brands and companies for this year's awards. A panel of judges then considered the nominations and narrowed them down to a shortlist of the best companies.

A public vote will decide the winner, with voting now open here.

Winners of all the categories will be announced at a special dinner at the Emirates Stadium on Friday, November 11, hosted by Justin Moorhouse. Mr Moorhouse has appeared on Live At The Apollo, Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitles and Coronation Street.

All supporters of Axminster Tools are being called upon now to vote for the business before the voting is close Thursday, October 27.
