B&Q sues Chinese supplier

B&Q is to sue a Chinese supplier over allegations of bullying.
The company says that it has been defamed in a row over a contract.

The Kingfisher subsidiary, which has 60 stores in China, is suing Yadier Decoration and Garment Company over allegations that it has been illegally holding back payments.

The privately-owned kitchen manufacturer alleges that B&Q withheld payments as a penalty for missing sales targets and to cover marketing expenses.
