DIY Week publisher Datateam has expanded its presence in the medical communications sector with a new acquisition.
The acquisition of 100% of the share capital of PMGroup Worldwide complements Datateam's presence in the medical communications sector through Hayward Medical Communications. The two companies will continue to trade independently.
PMGroup is a leading international multi-channel media group in the pharmaceutical sector, producing a range of magazines, websites and communications programmes which support the pharmaceutical and related industries in their work.
Datateam Group managing director Parvez Kayani said: "I am delighted to add PMGroup to our media and communications business and look forward to working with management at PMGroup and Hayward to take our work in this area to a new, improved level."
