Email marketing approach from B&Q

'Root and branch' review to help build strong relationships with customers.
B&Q is investigating its e-mail marketing approach with a root and branch review of its email activity and how it best to serves online customers.

According to Precision Marketing, the company's head of online marketing, James Davey, has appointed a digital agency, Alchemy Worx, to analyse past campaigns to enable it to take more of a direct marketing approach with email.
