DIY and homewares retailer JML has launched its new-look website to include widescreen video footage of products and a live chat service.
The new site, at www.JML.com, also offers integration with social media such as Facebook and Twitter and will also stock third-party brands, a first for the retailer.
JML's direct marketing manager Laura Fallace said: "We've had encouragement from customers saying they're delighted they can now buy additional third-party branded products online from us."
She added: "We've made the new website as user-friendly as possible. It is cleaner, clearer, quicker and simpler than ever to use."
