Prestons Cash & Carry in Manchester is very sad to announce the death of one of its employees.
Obituary: Henry Rizzo
Henry Rizzo, who joined the company in June 1955, passed away suddenly on September 20.

Prestons director John Bowman, said of Mr Rizzo, who worked in the company's warehouse in Oldham Road for 52 years: "As a company we will find it impossible to replace Henry. Although he was a general assistant, what he didn't know about pottery and glassware wasn't worth knowing."

Mr Rizzo's funeral will be held on Friday, October 5 at Agecroft Crematorium in Salford, Manchester.
Flowers can be sent care of Co-operative Funeral Directors, 143 Cross Lane, Salford, M5 4AY.

Mr Bowman added: "I'm sure that everybody at Prestons, its customers and all who knew Henry offer their deepest sympathies to his family."
