Pruning for all hands from Fiskars
The product has just scooped the internationally acclaimed red dot award 2013 for product design. It features a one-click mechanism to instantly double the blade aperture from 12mm up to a 24mm diameter.

Engineered from durable coated carbon steel to facilitate a smooth cutting action, the optimised blade geometry ensures the SmartFit is as capable of dealing with dense branch areas as it is finer shaping.

The lightweight and strong Fiskars FiberComp handles are ergonomically designed to ensure optimal cutting from a number of different grips, whilst the Fiskars SoftGrip cushioning introduce insulation and shock absorbing qualities.

Other features include a bypass blade suitable for cutting green wood, an ambidextrous locking mechanism and durable packaging holster.
