Kingsfold based builders’ merchant D.W. Nye has renamed the business as NYEs Building Supplies. The rebrand follows the company’s recent announcement that it will be expanding the existing facilities with the addition of a new 1000m2 warehouse and office.

The family owned merchant, which has been selling to industry professionals and DIYers for over 30 years, is already affectionately referred to as NYEs by its existing customers.

The company has said it will also be updating its logo and website to reflect the changes.

Rex Nye, managing director at NYEs, said: “We’re very proud of the reputation we’ve cultivated over the years, and our company ethos of placing our customers at the heart of everything we do won’t change. But we thought it was time to give our identity a fresh new look by revamping our name, logo, website and depot.

“It’s going to be a very exciting year for us here at NYEs. We have plans for a big launch event in May. We’ll be extending a warm invitation to our customers and suppliers to come along and experience the improvements first hand."
