New ecommerce director for Kingfisher

Kingfisher has announced the appointment of Sue Harries as group ecommerce director. Harries joins from Screwfix, a Kingfisher Group company, where she has served for 15 years, most recently as director of ecommerce.
During her time at Screwfix, she increased online sales by 80% and over a third of all Screwfix sales are now transacted online. In this new role, a key part of Harries' responsibilities will be to significantly drive ecommerce sales across the Group.
